DELIVERY POLICY

  Floral substitutions may be necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced designers will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.

We will do our best to accomodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it ESPECIALLY HOLIDAYS! We do guarantee timed deliveries for funeral services and will deliver according to service visitation schedule.

If no one is home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and weather permitting, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place such as a porch, garage or with a neighbor. We will call the recipient to advise where the gift was left.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $15.00 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibilty for the entire purchase. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept they delivery.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the customer will be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

During extreme weather, we will deliver your order as soon as possible.

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, please call us at 618-372-3332. We also are unable to accept orders, changes or cancellations via email.
